Four Individuallly Designed Bedrooms

We have four guest bedrooms, each having views over the Harris hills and the sea loch, Loch Kindebig. They are fitted with flat screen FreeSat & smart TV, and we offer wireless broadband for guests convenience, so you can make your friends jealous by sending them pictures of the beautiful Isle of Harris!

Like all rooms at Ceol na Mara, the room is equipped to the highest of standards, with solid wood furniture, a relaxing armchair, hair dryer, dressing gowns, a selection of local information, torch, vanity mirror, pillow mist, fluffy towels and toiletries from the Essence of Harris.

Our beds are fitted with luxury mattress toppers, fine cotton bed-linen, along with goose-down pillows and duvets all carrying the Nomite Anti-Allergy label. For those who prefer, synthetic duvets and pillows are available on request.

In our bedrooms you will find a Nespresso machine, mini fridge with fresh milk, an extensive complimentary hospitality tray with a range of teas, coffee, biscuits and chocolates.

When it comes to sleeping, a good night’s sleep is assured either through the comfy beds, the Harris fresh air, or a wee dram!

LOCH VIEW

Loch View is on our second floor. Being up in the eves, with a luxury Super King bed, tastefully decorated with locally woven tweed bed throw and cushions, the bedroom and En-Suite bathroom has a spacious, yet cosy feel.

CROFT VIEW

Croft View is on the second floor and is our largest room. As one of our En-Suite rooms, Croft View features two luxury Twin Beds with red Harris Tweed bed throws. With two easy chairs, if you wish to relax in your own room, Croft is the perfect place.

MACHAIR

This room, on our first floor, is bright and airy. With a luxury Super King bed and plenty of space to spread out, Machair is the perfect room to relax in. The En-Suite is modern and fresh to make sure you feel fully pampered.

HEATHER

Heather is the smallest of our rooms with a standard double bed and a brightly coloured Harris Tweed throw. As Ceol na Mara was once a family home, it was not possible to install an En-Suite so Heather has its own, private bathroom just 1.5m away from the bedroom door, but we do provide guests with bathrobes.
