All of our meats are sourced from our local butchers in Tarbert
Eggs come from local sources in Harris. Sometimes this is not possible so we do occassionally have to source eggs elsewhere.
Our fish is provided by Islander Shellfish in Stornoway who sources them from local fishermen and their boats such as “Ayr Queen”, “Heather Isle”, “Venture II” and “Endeavour IV”. Smokieries are used on Lewis and the Uists for their kippers and haddock.
Due to our extensive breakfast options, we ask our guests to pre-order their choices the day before.
